Top auto manufacturing industries including several major countries putting a statement of complete change from original internal combustion engine to Electric and Hybrid cars, regardless of all these statement, same companies still providing some of the most fuel efficient non hybrid cars around the world.

However the selected list is totally based on below criteria:
