Refreshed 2021 Chevrolet TrailBlazer SUV Arrives In Argentina

Three months after the regional launch in Brazil of the updated 2021 Chevrolet TrailBlazer SUV, the only country in the world where it is actually assembled, General Motors has just released the latest update to Argentina’s mid-size utility vehicle. As such, after Brazil and Paraguay, the South American country has become the third market to receive the 2021 TrailBlazer SUV.

A few weeks after the local presentation of the updated 2021 Chevy S10, from which it is derived, the introduction of the 2021 Chevrolet TrailBlazer SUV in Argentina takes place. As is the case with the midsize truck, this is the second refresh in its eight-year cumulative history for the second-generation TrailBlazer, with the distinctive front-end design as well as more advanced technologies and safety equipment being the key new features.

The 2021 Chevrolet TrailBlazer SUV stands out esthetically with its more impactful visual identity that it shares with the S10 High Country range-topping. The front now adopts the inscription of CHEVROLET on a prominent horizontal strip, which includes chrome trim on the TrailBlazer that contrasts with the pickup’s completely blacked out finish, while the gold Bow Tie sits discreetly at the bottom of the grille.

In addition, with the new Chevrolet infotainment system and advanced OnStar amenities, including an on-board 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, the seven-seat midsize SUV greatly expands its technical feature list. The refreshed 2021 TrailBlazer introduces automatic braking with pedestrian detection and intelligent brake assist on the safety front, making it South America’s most modern model in its category.

The updated 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer arriving in Argentina will be exclusively offered in Premier trim, as in other South American markets where the SUV is sold. It is powered by the same inline-four Duramax turbo-diesel 2.8L XLD28 engine that produces 200 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque, combined with an automatic six-speed transmission.

Now available in the official dealer network in Argentina, the 2021 Chevrolet TrailBlazer SUV is available. Summit White, Switchblade Silver, Black Meet Kettle, Son Of A Gun Gray, Dark Shadow Gray and Darkmoon Blue are backed by a three-year/100,000-kilometer warranty and consumers can choose from the following six paint colors. The MSRP of the Premier version is set at 4,518,900 ARS, or at the current exchange rate, around $54,285 USD.
