The Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S is powered by a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 503 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque in 2022. The engine is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission and permanent all-wheel drive, allowing the GLC 63 S to accelerate from a standstill to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 3.6 seconds. It’ll hit a top speed of 174 mph (280 km/h), which is electronically limited.
The AMG-tuned air suspension with active dampers, an electronically regulated differential lock, dynamic engine mounts, 20-inch alloy wheels, AMG’s Performance exhaust system with an adjustable flap, LED headlights and taillights, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and the company’s MBUX infotainment system with AMG-specific functions are all standard equipment for the 2022 AMG GLC 63 S.
Customers in the United States will be able to choose from a variety of optional technical and design features, including the AMG Aerodynamics Package, Exterior Carbon Fiber Package, AMG Performance Seats, AMG Night Package, and AMG Performance Studio Package, which includes expanded additional high-gloss black components.
